Development and design of children's pure physical sunscreen lotion under the new regulations

选取新型无机物理性防晒剂—片状氧化锌作为研究对象,利用透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜进行观察,结果显示其为非纳米材料(粒径>100 nm).将片状氧化锌应用于防晒乳液配方中,与普通氧化锌防晒乳液进行对比.通过斑马鱼刺激性、人体皮肤斑贴、防晒性能、感官评价等4项测试,评估2种无机物理性防晒剂的应用效果.结果表明,含片状氧化锌的样品A温和无刺激,对人体无不良反应;而含普通氧化锌的样品B有一定刺激性,对人体有轻度不良反应.样品A的SPF值和PA值均高于样品B,且使用感更好.

The novel inorganic physical sunscreen agent flake zinc oxide was selected as the research object,and the transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope were used for the observation.The observation results showed that it was a non-nanometer material(particle size>100 nm).The flake zinc oxide was applied to the formulation of sunscreen lotion,which was compared with the common zinc oxide sunscreen lotion.The application effects of the two inorganic physical sunscreen agents were evaluated through four tests,namely Zebrafish irritation,human skin patch,sunscreen performance and sensory evaluation.The results showed that sample A containing zinc oxide was mild and non-irritating,and had no adverse effects on human body.Sample B containing ordinary zinc oxide exhibited certain irritancy and mild adverse effects.The SPF and PA values of sample A are higher than that of sample B,along with superior usability.
