为提高赤芍的抗氧化及抗炎舒缓功效,开发赤芍发酵液在皮肤护理、修复及抗衰老领域中的潜在应用价值,本研究选用假交替单胞菌(Pseudoalteromonas sp.)SE9和粟酒裂殖酵母(Schizosaccharomyces pombe)JM2-16对赤芍根粉进行联合发酵.为评估赤芍发酵液的抗氧化能力,采用多项自由基清除检测;采用CCK-8法检测赤芍发酵液的细胞毒性,验证其安全性;通过EdU染色细胞增殖实验和细胞划痕实验验证其对皮肤屏障修复作用;通过LPS诱导的R AW264.7细胞模型测定TNF-α和IL-6水平,透明质酸酶抑制实验验证发酵液抗炎舒缓效果.结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,赤芍双菌发酵液具备显著的抗氧化能力;该发酵液在体外实验中表现出显著的透明质酸酶抑制作用和抑制炎症因子的释放能力,能够增强皮肤修复能力;将赤芍发酵液加入面霜配方,人体功效评价结果表明,面霜显著降低红区分值和皮肤血红素含量(p<0.01),证明其具备抗氧化及抗炎舒缓功效.

To enhance the antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and soothing properties of Paeonia lactiflora(red peony root)and explore its potential applications in skincare,repair,and anti-aging,this study investigated a co-fermentation system of Paeonia lactiflora(red peony root)powder with Pseudoalteromonas sp.SE9 and Schizosaccharomyces pombe JM2-16.The antioxidant capacity of the fermentation broth was assessed using multiple free radical scavenging assays.Cytotoxicity was evaluated via the CCK-8 assay to ensure safety.The effects on skin barrier repair were examined using EdU staining for cell proliferation and scratch assays.Anti-inflammatory and soothing effects were evaluated by measuring TNF-α and IL-6 levels in an LPS-induced RAW264.7 cell model,alongside hyaluronidase inhibition assays.Results demonstrated that,within a specific concentration range,the fermentation broth exhibited significant antioxidant activity.In vitro experiments further showed potent hyaluronidase inhibition and suppression of inflammatory factor release,supporting enhanced skin repair capabilities.When incorporated into a facial cream formulation,human efficacy evaluations revealed significant reductions in redness index and skin hemoglobin content(p<0.01),confirming its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory soothing effects.
