纳米载体技术包裹表棓儿茶酚棓酸酯/阿魏酸/乙酰基八肽-3经皮渗透、抗氧化及抗炎作用研究OA
Study on the transdermal permeation,antioxidant,and anti-inflammatory effects of nanocarrier-conjugated epicatechin gallate,ferulic acid,and acetyl octapeptide-3
采用纳米载体技术制备表棓儿茶酚棓酸酯/阿魏酸/乙酰基八肽-3纳米载体(EFA-NCs),采用扩散池技术研究EFA-NCs在离体猪皮模型上评价样品经皮吸收能力,采用DPPH法、细胞氧化和炎症模型研究EFA-NCs抗氧化抗炎相关指标.结果表明,EFA-NCs能提高活性成分的皮肤储留量,促进活性成分快速有效递送至皮肤深层组织.抗氧化结果显示,EFA-NCs能清除DPPH自由基,显著降低细胞氧化相关指标MDA含量、增加细胞抗氧化相关指标SOD和GSH-Px活性.抗炎结果显示,EFA-NCs显著抑制细胞炎症因子IL-1β、IL-8和IL-6分泌水平.
Nanocarrier-based epicatechin gallate/ferulic acid/acetyl octapeptide-3 complexes(EFA-NCs)were prepared using nanocarrier conjugation technology.The transdermal absorption of EFA-NCs was evaluated using diffusion chamber experiments with an ex vivo porcine skin model.The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties were assessed through DPPH radical scavenging assays and cellular oxidative stress and inflammation models.Results demonstrated that EFA-NCs significantly enhanced the skin retention of active compounds and promoted their rapid and efficient delivery into deep dermal tissues.Antioxidant evaluations revealed that EFA-NCs effectively scavenged DPPH radicals,markedly reduced malondialdehyde(MDA)levels—a marker of oxidative damage—and increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px).Anti-inflammatory studies further indicated that EFA-NCs significantly inhibited the secretion of inflammatory cytokines IL-1β,IL-8,and IL-6.These findings highlight the potential of EFA-NCs as multifunctional nanocarriers for enhancing dermal delivery and improving antioxidant and anti-inflammatory performance in cosmetic and dermatological applications.
