Analysis of non-compliant cosmetics in 2024 supervision sampling and regulatory recommendations
对2024年国家及省级化妆品监督抽检工作中检验不合格的批次进行统计,主要从不合格化妆品的生产地和类别包括染发、防晒、洗护类以及面膜等品类进行了成因分析,其中存在的主要问题是标签标识不一致、检出禁用组分、防腐剂超限量使用等,建议加强化妆品原料创新和安全评估、加强对原料标准的完善和强化抽检与风险排查及对信息结果的共享.
This study presents a statistical analysis of non-compliant cosmetic batches identified through national and provincial supervision sampling inspections conducted in 2024.The analysis examined the causes of non-compliance across different production regions and product categories,including hair dyes,sunscreens,hair care products,and facial masks.Major issues identified included inconsistent labeling,the presence of prohibited ingredients,and excessive use of preservatives.Based on these findings,this study recommends enhancing the innovation and safety evaluation of cosmetic ingredients,refining raw material standards,strengthening sampling inspections and risk investigations,and improving information sharing across regulatory bodies.
