Four-party evolutionary game of power battery recycling under information regulation
新能源汽车动力电池退役量激增,其回收与梯次利用是缓解资源浪费与环境压力的关键途径.为了分析回收过程中各方主体的经济效益,提高动力电池回收效率,构建了消费者、回收商、梯次利用企业与监管平台四方主体的演化博弈模型,数值模拟分析了各参数对各主体的决策影响.仿真结果表明:短期需严格监管遏制机会主义行为,长期可转向"前期严格、后期宽松"的动态监管;补贴政策应与回收商激励联动实施;行业竞争有助于推动技术升级,动态监管有利于实现规范与效率的平衡.研究结论为提高动力电池利用效率提供参考.
The rapid growth of decommissioned power batteries from new energy vehicles has made their recycling and cascade utilization a critical pathway to alleviate resource wastage and environmental pressure.To analyze the economic benefits of various stakeholders in the recycling process and improve the efficiency of power battery recycling,this paper constructs a four-party evolutionary game model involving consumers,recyclers,cascade utilization enterprises,and a regulatory platform.Numerical simulations are conducted to examine the impact of different parameters on the decision-making behaviors of each party.The simulation results indicate that strict supervision is necessary in the short term to curb opportunistic behaviors,while a dynamic regulatory strategy characterized by"strictness in the early stage and leniency in the later stage"can be adopted in the long run.Subsidy policies should be implemented in conjunction with incentives for recyclers.Furthermore,industry competition contributes to promoting technological upgrading,and dynamic supervision helps achieve a balance between standardization and efficiency.The findings of this study provide insights for enhancing the utilization efficiency of power batteries.
