城市变宽异形钢箱梁桥的设计研究与工程应用OA

随着城市高架桥梁建设的日益增多,高架上分叉桥梁、变宽桥梁、曲线桥梁结构形式也越来越多,因此对变宽异形钢箱梁的分析越发重要.该文结合上海某高架桥梁项目(34.5+34+33)m斜交变宽钢箱梁为工程背景,对钢箱梁的线形、总体布局、横隔板位置、纵向加劲肋设置及板厚等细节进行详细设计.采用梁格法建立空间单元模型,对钢箱梁桥进行有限元分析,对计算结果进行位移、内力、应力数值分析,并采用板单元验证计算的正确性,为设计人员提供可靠的依据.

With the increasing construction of urban viaduct bridges,there are more and more structural forms of bifurcated bridges,widened bridges,and curved bridges on viaduct,so the analysis of widened special-shaped box girders becomes increasingly important.Based on the engineering background of the variable-width steel box girder of an elevated bridge project(34.5+34+33)m in Shanghai,this paper designs the details of the steel box girder's alignment,overall layout,diaphragm position,longitudinal stiffener setting and plate thickness.The spatial element model is established by using the beam grid method,and the finite element analysis is carried out on the steel box girder bridge.The displacement,internal force and stress are numerically analyzed on the calculation results,and plate elements are used to verify the correctness of the calculation,providing a reliable basis for designers.
