高效液相色谱法测定室内空气中的13种醛酮类化合物OA

检测室内空气中的 13 种醛和酮类化合物,分析室内空气被污染的情况,保护居住人员的身体健康.采用表面涂有2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)的吸附采样管采集环境空气的醛酮类化合物,用乙睛洗脱定容,洗脱液用配紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪分析检测.当采样体积为 0.10 m3 时,13 种醛酮类化合物最低检出浓度在 0.27~0.86 μg/m3,测定下限 0.78~3.43 μg/m3,精密度为0.7%~12.2%,平均加标回收率为 98.6%~100.9%,方法相关系数(r2)为 0.9992~0.9999.该方法准确度高,检出限低,操作简单,可用于居住场所室内空气醛酮类有机污染物的检测.

This study detected 13 aldehyde and ketone compounds in indoor air and analyzed indoor air contamination,so as to protect the health of residents.An adsorption sampling tube with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH)on the surface was used to collect aldehyde and ketone compounds in the ambient air,eluted with acetonitrile to constant volume,and the eluent was analyzed and detected by a high performance liquid chromatography equipped with an ultraviolet detector.When the sampling volume was 0.10 m3,the lowest detectable concentration of 13 aldehyde and ketone compounds was 0.27~0.86 μg/m3,the lower limit of determination was 0.78~3.43 μg/m3,the precision was 0.7%~12.2%,the average spiked recovery was 98.6%~100.9%,and the method correlation coefficient(r2)was 0.9992~0.9999.The method has high accuracy,low detection limit,simple operation,and can be used for the detection of aldehyde and ketone organic pollutants in indoor air in residential places.
