基于参数拟合的多孔介质模型流动特性研究OA
该研究采用模块化方法对规则排列圆形孔的薄壁多孔板单元孔板进行数值模拟,获取其惯性阻力系数和黏性阻力系数.并利用Fluent的多孔介质模型实现整个多孔板的简化建模.结果表明,该方法在保持较高计算精度的同时,可以显著降低计算成本.此外,通过直接模拟与多孔介质模型的流场对比分析可知,两者在整体压力分布上具有良好的一致性,但在孔板上下游局部压力梯度存在一定的偏差,这主要是由于多孔介质模型对微尺度流动细节的简化处理.进一步对比不同入口风速条件下的阻力情况,验证多孔介质模型在该类多孔板流动计算中的适用性.该研究为多孔介质模型在工程应用中的快速计算提供理论支持,并为进一步优化模型精度提供参考.
In this study,a modular approach was used to numerically simulate the thin-walled porous plate unit with regularly arranged circular holes to obtain its inertial drag coefficient and viscous drag coefficient.The porous media model of Fluent was used to achieve simplified modeling of the entire porous plate.The results show that this method can significantly reduce the computational cost while maintaining high computational accuracy.In addition,through the flow field comparison analysis between direct simulation and porous media model,it can be seen that the two have good consistency in the overall pressure distribution,but there is a certain deviation in the local pressure gradient upstream and downstream of the orifice plate,which is mainly due to the porous media model's simplified treatment of microscale flow details.The resistance conditions under different inlet wind speeds were further compared to verify the applicability of the porous medium model in the flow calculation of this type of porous plate.This study provides theoretical support for rapid calculations based on porous media models in engineering applications,and provides a reference for further optimizing model accuracy.
