原卟啉化合物JE02对水稻生长的作用及生理机制OA
The effect and physiological mechanism of protoporphyrin compound JE02 on rice growth
[目的]明确原卟啉化合物JE02 对水稻生长的影响,探索其促进生长的作用机制,为合理使用原卟啉结构类植物生长调节剂提供理论依据.[方法]采用整株生物测定法探究JE02 茎叶处理对水稻生长的影响,并从光合参数、根系活力及抗氧化能力方面研究相关生理机制.[结果]用JE02 有效成分剂量3.75~30.00 mg·hm-2对3 叶期水稻'南粳46'喷雾处理,其鲜重与空白对照存在显著差异,较空白对照增加 4.28%~12.46%,且最佳促进剂量为有效成分剂量 15 mg·hm-2;分蘖期、拔节期、孕穗期连续 3 次喷施有效成分剂量 15 mg·hm-2的JE02 对水稻的促进效果最为明显,鲜重、茎粗、根重、根数分别提高9.32%、12.92%、16.50%和 8.95%.苗期喷施 JE02 使水稻根系活力与对照呈现显著差异,药后 5d 达最大值(498.93 mg·g-1·h-1),较对照组提高 30.77%.JE02 可增强灌浆期水稻抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性及非酶促抗氧化剂(AsA)含量,差异最大时可分别较对照提高 11.98%、41.90%、16.92%和 73.70%;丙二醛(MDA)含量较对照降低 33.11%,对超氧阴离子(O2·-)产生速率、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量无显著影响;还可通过提高水稻旗叶叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和光合系统Ⅱ实际光化学效率(ϕPSⅡ)促进光合作用,但对胞间CO2 浓度(Ci)和光合系统Ⅱ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)无显著影响.[结论]JE02 对水稻生长有促进作用,主要通过提升水稻根系活力、增强光合作用以及提高抗氧化酶活性等途径促进其生长.
[Objectives]The paper aimed to clarify the impact of the protoporphyrin-structured compound JE02 on rice growth and explore its growth-promoting mechanism,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of protoporphyrin-structured plant growth regulators.[Methods]The whole-plant bioassay method was adopted to investigate the impact of the foliar and stem treatment of JE02 on rice growth.Meanwhile,relevant physiological mechanisms were studied from aspects such as photosynthetic parameters,root vitality and antioxidant capacity.[Results]When the 3-leaf stage rice variety'Nanjing 46'was sprayed with JE02 within the dose range of 3.75-30.00 mg·hm-2,there was a significant difference in fresh weight compared with the blank control,with an increase of 4.28%-12.46%compared with the blank control,and the optimal promoting dose was 15 mg·hm-2.When 15 mg·hm-2 of JE02 was sprayed continuously for three times during the tillering stage,jointing stage and booting stage,the promoting effect on rice was the most obvious,with the fresh weight,stem diameter,root weight and root number increasing by 9.32%,12.92%,16.50%and 8.95%,respectively.When JE02 was sprayed at the seedling stage,the root vitality of rice showed a significant difference compared with the control,reaching the maximum value of 498.93 mg·g-1·h-1 five days after application,which was 30.77%higher than that of the control group.JE02 could enhance the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT)and the content of non-enzymatic antioxidants(AsA)in rice during the grain-filling stage.When the difference was the largest,they could be increased by 11.98%,41.90%,16.92%and 73.70%compared with the control,respectively.It could reduce the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)by 33.11%compared with the control,while having no significant impact on the production rate of superoxide anions(O·-2)and the content of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2).It could also improve photosynthesis by increasing the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr)and the actual photochemical efficiency of photosystem Ⅱ(ϕPSⅡ)of the flag leaf of rice,but had no significant impact on the intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and the maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystem Ⅱ(Fv/Fm).[Conclusions]JE02 has a promoting effect on rice growth.It is speculated that it promotes rice growth by improving rice root vitality,enhancing photosynthesis and increasing the activities of antioxidant enzymes.
