[目的]本文旨在建立立体干燥花加工的睡莲品种综合评价模型,筛选出适宜立体干燥花加工的睡莲品种.[方法]基于 84 个睡莲品种的形态特征、观赏特征、工艺价值、适应能力 4 个方面,采用层次分析法结合德尔菲法确定了 25 个与加工立体干燥花相关的性状指标并对其赋值,建立适宜立体干燥花加工的睡莲品种综合评价模型,并基于该模型开展品种评价.[结果]运用层次分析法确定各指标权重,其中观赏特征权重值最大,为 0.479 0,其次是形态特征,权重值为 0.293 9.根据最终加权得分将 84 个睡莲品种分成 4 级,其中优良品种 14 个,较优品种 35 个,中等品种 22 个,较差品种 13 个,分别占比 16.67%、41.67%、26.19%、15.48%.14 个优良品种分别为'婴儿红''布岗黛公主''万维莎''帕露''玛珊姑娘''帕拉尼''月亮射线''曼拉''林赛伍德''泰国欢乐''金光''谭群''奥毛斯特'和'保罗兰'.[结论]应用层次分析法和德尔菲法建立的综合评价模型可有效地筛选出适宜立体干燥花加工的睡莲品种,为制作睡莲立体干燥花提供参考.

[Objectives]The purpose of this paper was to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of water lily varieties suitable for stereoscopic dried flower processing and to screen water lily varieties suitable for dried flowers processing.[Methods]Based on the four aspects of morphological characteristics,ornamental characteristics,technological value and adaptability of 84 water lily varieties,25 traits related to the stereoscopic dried flowers processing were determined and assigned by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)combined with Delphi method.The comprehensive evaluation model of water lily varieties suitable for stereoscopic dried flowers processing was established,and the variety evaluation was carried out based on the model.[Results]The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index.Among them,the weight value of ornamental features was the largest,which was 0.479 0,followed by morphological features,with a weight value of 0.2939.According to the final weighted score,84 water lily varieties were divided into four grades,including 14 excellent varieties,35 good varieties,22 medium varieties and 13 poor varieties,accounting for 16.67%,41.67%,26.19%and 15.48%,respectively.The 14 excellent varieties were'Perry's Baby Red''Burgundy Princess''Wanvisa''Palu''Masaniello''Paranee''Moon Ray''Maryla''Indsey Woods''Thai Delight''Aurora''Tan-khwan''Almost Black'and'Paul Stetson'.[Conclusions]The comprehensive evaluation model established by analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method could effectively screen the varieties of water lily suitable for stereoscopic dried flowers processing,and provide reference for the production of stereoscopic dried flowers of water lily.
