Eccentric mechanical properties and parametric analysis of recycled concrete composite special-shaped columns made of square steel tubes

针对再生粗骨料取代率对方钢管再生混凝土组合异形柱偏压力学性能的影响,在既有试验结果的基础上,采用经过验证的有限元方法,对该类异形柱在偏压载荷作用下的力学性能进行分析.研究结果表明:方钢管再生混凝土组合异形柱的偏压承载力随粗骨料取代率的增加而逐渐降低;当粗骨料取代率超过40%时,承载力下降趋势更为显著;在相同粗骨料取代率条件下,提高钢材屈服强度或增加钢材厚度能够有效增强试件的整体稳定性,提高其偏压承载力;增大连接板宽度会削弱试件的稳定性,导致偏压承载力降低.

Aiming at the influence of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate on the mechanical properties of square steel tube recycled concrete composite special-shaped columns under eccentric compression,based on the existing test results,the verified finite element method was used to analyze the mechanical properties of this kind of special-shaped columns under eccentric compression load.The results show that the eccentric compression bearing capacity of square steel tube recycled concrete composite special-shaped columns decreases with the increase of coarse aggregate replacement rate.When the replacement rate of coarse aggregate exceeds 40%,the downward trend of bearing capacity is more significant.Under the condition of the same coarse aggregate replacement rate,increasing the yield strength of steel or increasing the thickness of steel can effectively enhance the overall stability of the specimen and improve its eccentric bearing capacity.Increasing the width of the connecting plate will weaken the stability of the specimen,resulting in a decrease in the bearing capacity.
