遥感技术驱动的作物产量估算方法研究进展OA
Advances in remote sensing-based methods for crop yield estimation
在极端气候、资源约束等多重挑战背景下,发展高精度、高效率的作物产量估算方法对于保障粮食安全、指导农业政策与管理至关重要.遥感技术凭借其宏观、动态、快速获取作物空间连续信息的优势,已成为推动估产范式变革的核心驱动力.本文系统梳理了遥感驱动的经验、半经验和机理模型等三类主流估产方法的原理、研究进展及特点,深入剖析了当前估产过程在样本、观测数据及模型方面存在的问题,针对性地提出了推广样本采集智能装备与数据共享、深化多源数据协同与尺度转换、融合机理与智能算法及强化不确定性量化等对策,最后展望了作物估产需重点关注的研究方向.本研究可为构建遥感技术驱动的高效稳健作物产量估算技术框架提供技术支撑,旨在为全球粮食安全智能决策与农业可持续发展提供参考.
Under the multiple challenges of extreme climate events and resource constraints,developing high-precision and high-efficiency crop yield estimation methods is essential for ensuring food security and guiding agricultural policy.Leveraging its advantages in providing large-scale,dynamic,and rapid acquisition of spatially continuous crop information,remote sensing technology has become a core driving force in transforming yield estimation paradigms.This paper systematically reviews the principles,research progress,and characteristics of three mainstream categories of remote sensing-driven yield estimation methods,namely empirical,semi-empirical,and process-based models.It further conducts an in-depth analysis of existing challenges in the estimation process concerning sample availability,observational data,and modeling approaches.Corresponding strategies are proposed,including promoting the use of intelligent equipment and data-sharing mechanisms for sample acquisition,enhancing multi-source data integration and scale conversion,coupling process-based models with intelligent algorithms,and strengthening uncertainty quantification.Finally,the paper outlines future research priorities for crop yield estimation.This study aims to provide a reference framework for building efficient and robust crop yield estimation systems driven by remote sensing technology,thereby offering solid technical support for intelligent decision-making in global food security and sustainable agricultural development.
