伴随建筑可持续发展以及智慧化需求的日益增长,建筑外立面作为建筑与外界环境进行能量、光照和空气交换的关键界面,其生态性能的优化已然成为设计领域与科研工作的重点方向.数字化技术为建筑外立面性能的精细分析、动态模拟以及智能优化开辟了有效路径.文章对建筑外立面生态性能的核心指标进行了全面梳理,系统剖析了BIM、数字孪生、多源数据融合以及参数化设计在热工性能、光环境、通风效果及材料优化等方面的具体应用,并提出了低碳、智能且可持续的外立面优化策略,旨在为建筑设计实践提供切实可行的方法与坚实的理论支撑.
With the increasing demand for sustainable development and intellectualization of buildings,building facades,as the key interface for energy,light and air exchange between buildings and the external environment,have made the optimization of their ecological performance a focus of design and scientific research.Digital technologies have opened up an effective path for the refined analysis,dynamic simulation and intelligent optimization of building facade performance.This paper comprehensively sorts out the core indicators of the ecological performance of building facades,systematically analyzes the specific applications of BIM,digital twins,multi-source data fusion and parametric design in thermal performance,light environment,ventilation effect and material optimization,and proposes low-carbon,intelligent and sustainable facade optimization strategies,aiming to provide practical methods and solid theoretical support for architectural design practice.
