局部皮瓣在颌面部软组织缺损中的应用OA
Application of local flaps in maxillofacial soft tissue defects
目的:探讨局部皮瓣在颌面部软组织缺损修复中的应用价值及临床效果.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月～2024 年 12 月于海南西部中心医院口腔医学中心接受局部皮瓣修复的 35 例颌面部软组织缺损的患者,对患者的皮瓣存活率、功能评分和心理状态满意度进行分析.结果:35 例患者皮瓣全部成活,存活率为 100％,术后均未出现明显皮瓣坏死、皮肤感染及术区出血等并发症,患者对皮瓣外形、色泽满意.结论:颌面部软组织缺损的患者经过局部皮瓣修复后皮瓣存活率较高,功能及美观效果较好,且患者心理认可程度较高,能够实现较为理想的临床修复效果.
Objective:To explore the application value and clinical efficacy of local flaps in the repair of maxillofa-cial soft tissue defects.Methods:A study was conducted on 35 patients with maxillofacial soft tissue defects who underwent local flap repair at the Stomatological Center of Hainan Western Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024.The flap survival rate,functional scores,and psychological status of the patients were analyzed.Results:All 35 patients achieved complete flap survival,with a survival rate of 100％.No obvious complications such as flap necrosis,skin infection,or intraop-erative/postoperative bleeding occurred in the surgical area.The patients were satisfied with the shape and color of the flaps.Conclusion:For patients with maxillofacial soft tissue defects,local flap repair yields a high flap survival rate,favorable func-tional and aesthetic outcomes,and high psychological acceptance among patients,enabling the achievement of ideal clinical repair effects.
