不同溶剂去除根管内充填材料的效果评价OA
Evaluation of the effect of different solvents on the removal of filling materials in root canals
目的:评估甜橙油、橘子油、椰子油 3 种溶剂去除根管内充填材料的效果.方法:选取 60 颗单根管离体牙,去除冠方牙体组织,确保根管工作长度均为 12 mm.由同一名医生进行根备根充后封闭根管口.样本随机分成 4 组:A组(无溶剂组)、B组(甜橙油组)、C组(橘子油组)、D组(椰子油组),每组 15 颗牙齿.比较各组在不同溶剂处理下去除根管内充填物并完成根管预备的操作时间、根管壁残留物面积百分比,使用维氏显微硬度仪对所有样本进行显微硬度测试,利用Image-Pro Plus图像软件分析测量牙本质小管开放面积并进行统计分析.结果:甜橙油和橘子油组与椰子油、对照组相比均能减少去除根管充填材料的操作时间和残留材料面积比(P<0.05),但甜橙油与橘子油组间,椰子油组与对照组间也无统计学差异.甜橙油和橘子油组牙本质显微硬度值与对照组、椰子油组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),甜橙油和橘子油组根管牙本质显微硬度均较高,但 2 组间比较差异无统计学意义.对照组牙本质小管开放面积多于溶剂组(P<0.05),但溶剂组间牙本质小管开放面积比较,差异无统计学意义.结论:甜橙油与橘子油虽均能有效去除根管内充填物,提高牙本质显微硬度,但 3 种溶剂均影响牙本质小管开放,提示在使用时需寻找合适的适应证进行使用.
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of sweet orange oil,mandarin oil,and coconut oil as organic sol-vents in removing root canal filling materials.Methods:Sixty single-rooted extracted teeth were selected,with coronal tooth tissue removed to ensure a working length of 12 mm for all root canals.The root canal was sealed after being prepared and filled by the same doctor.The samples were randomly divided into four groups:Group A(control group),Group B(sweet or-ange oil group),Group C(mandarin oil group),and Group D(coconut oil group),each consisting of 15 teeth.The root canal filling removal and root canal preparation time and the percentage of residual material on the root canal walls among different groups treated with various solvents were compared.Vickers microhardness tester was using to measure microhardness on all samples.Image-Pro Plus image software was employed to analyze and measure the area of open dentinal tubules and perform statistical analysis.Results:Orange oil and mandarin oil groups both reduced the operation time for removing root canal filling materials and the ratio of residual material area compared to the coconut oil and control groups(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference between the orange oil and mandarin oil groups,nor between the coconut oil group and the control group.The dentin microhardness in the orange oil and mandarin oil groups were significantly different from those in the control and coconut oil groups,respectively(P<0.05),the microhardness of root canal dentin increased in the orange oil and mandarin oil groups,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.The control group had a larger open dentinal tubule area than the solvent group(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the open dentinal tubule area between the solvent groups.Conclusion:Although sweet orange oil and mandarin oil can both effec-tively remove root canal fillings and increase dentin microhardness,all three solvents affect the opening of dentinal tubules,indicating that appropriate indications should be sought when using them.
