便携式车侧照明系统模型设计OA

为缓解夜间家用轿车因侧向视野不足而导致的停车剐蹭问题,本文研究设计了一套便携式车侧照明系统.系统采用Android上位机与STC8G1K08A单片机下位机协同工作的架构,通过蓝牙模块实现双向通信;硬件集成COB光源、锂离子电池及微型 PCB.测试结果表明,系统可精准响应移动终端指令,实时控制侧向照明,指令响应正确率达 100%;0.5 米处照度达185 lx,1.0米处为44 lx,持续照明10 分钟平均照度达183 lx;稳定照明时间约5.5小时.该系统可有效增强车身暗区视野,降低夜间停车风险.

To alleviate the problem of parking scratches caused by insufficient lateral vision of household cars at night,this study designs a portable vehicle side lighting system.The system adopts a collaborative architecture between an Android host computer and an STC8G1K08A microcontroller slave computer,achieving bidirectional communication through a Bluetooth module;the hardware integrates a COB light source,a lithium-ion battery,and a micro PCB.Test results show that the system can accurately respond to mobile terminal instructions,control lateral lighting in real time,with a 100%correct response rate;the illumination at 0.5 meters is 185 lx,at 1.0 meters is 44 lx,and the average illumination after 10 minutes of continuous lighting is 183 lx;the stable lighting time is about 5.5 hours.This system can effectively enhance the vision of dark areas on the vehicle body and reduce the risk of parking at night.
