Design of a Data Acquisition System for Building a Virtual Digital Platform
针对虚拟数字平台在多射频识别读写器环境下存在的数据冲突与不一致问题,本文构建了一种高效数据采集系统.该系统基于分布式算法,为各读写器分配独立响应时间窗口,结合轮询机制协调信号发送顺序,以降低设备干扰;通过实时监测标签响应信号的质量稳定性与传输效率,动态评估采集准确性,并自适应调整时间窗口以优化性能.测试结果表明,该系统将数据冲突率降至0.8%,采集效率与读取成功率提升至99.6%,显著增强了系统的实用性与可靠性.
This article addresses the issue of data conflicts and inconsistencies that exist in virtual digital platforms within a multi-reader RFID environment,and builds an efficient data collection system.Based on a distributed algorithm,the system allocates independent response time windows for each reader,and coordinates the signal transmission sequence through a polling mechanism to reduce device interference.By monitoring the quality stability and transmission efficiency of tag response signals in real time,the system dynamically evaluates collection accuracy and adaptively adjusts the time windows to optimize performance.Test results show that the system reduces the data conflict rate to 0.8%,and increases the collection efficiency and read success rate to 99.6%,significantly enhancing the practicality and reliability of the system.
