我国是托盘生产和消费大国,实木托盘是市场的主导产品,每年因此产生的进口材资源消耗巨大.为实现托盘产业的节材增效,新型托盘自动化生产工艺和以"循环共用"为特征的托盘使用模式近年来得到实践和倡导,但具体成效有待深入评估.本研究采用生命周期的视角,分析实木托盘产品从原料获取到终了处理各阶段的物质和能量消耗,应用ReCiPe评价方法进行环境影响研究,以评估生产工艺和使用模式变化对托盘环境属性的影响.结果表明:实木托盘生命周期各阶段的环境影响顺序从大到小依次为原料获取、托盘使用、托盘生产和托盘终了,其中原料获取阶段占实木托盘环境影响的 87.2%,是主要环境影响阶段.海洋运输和木材干燥是环境影响贡献最大的两个环节,产生的主要环境影响类别为化石资源消耗和气候变化-人类健康.实木托盘自动化生产的耗电量略大于人工生产,产生的环境影响比人工生产高 5.63%,但因生产效率提升和劳动力消耗降低,在降本增效方面具有较大的优势."循环共用"模式中,托盘产品的回收维修可以大幅减少托盘产业对原料和生产阶段的资源需求,木材和钢钉的消耗分别是一次性使用模式下的 4.4%和 5.0%,实木托盘的环境影响也相应降低,在原料获取和托盘生产两个阶段的降幅均达到 95%,对托盘产业的可持续发展具有良好的推动作用.

China is one of the leading countries in production and consumption of pallets.Solid wood pallets dominate the market,contributing significantly to the sector's demand.However,this also leads to substantial annual consumption of imported wood,highlighting a critical reliance on external resources and raising concerns about sustainability and environmental impact.Therefore,the new automatic pallet production process and the use mode of"recycling and sharing"have been implemented and advocated in recent years to achieve material saving and high efficiency,but the effects need to be further evaluated.In this study,the material and energy consumption of solid wood pallets from raw material acquisition to end-of-life treatment were analyzed.The ReCiPe evaluation method was applied to evaluate the impacts of production process and usage pattern change on the environmental properties of pallets.The results showed that the life cycle stages of solid wood pallets,listed according to the environmental impacts from the highest to the lowest,were the acquisition of raw materials,the use of pallets,the production of pallets and the end of pallets.The raw material acquisition stage accounted for 87.2%of the environmental impacts of solid wood pallet,in which,marine transport and wood drying were the two processes that contributed the most to the environmental impacts,and the main environmental impacts were fossil depletion and climate change-human health.The power consumption of the automatic production of solid wood pallets was slightly higher than that of manual production,and the environmental impact was 5.63%higher than that of manual production.However,the automation process offered significant advantages in terms of improved production efficiency and the reduced labor requirements,making it a more cost-effective and efficient option overall despite the slight increase in environmental impact.Recycling and sharing significantly reduced the resource demand for raw materials and production stages through the recycling and maintenance of the pallets.The consumption of wood and steel nails in the automated production of solid wood pallets was reduced by 4.4%and 5.0%,respectively,compared to the one-way use mode.The environmental impacts of solid wood pallets were also reduced accordingly,and the reduction in the raw material acquisition and pallet production stages was as high as 95%,beneficial to the sustainable development of the pallet industry.
