破解乡村产教融合协同困境的机制研究OA

Research on Mechanisms for Resolving Collaborative Dilemmas in Rural Industry-Education Integration:A Case Study of the"Common Prosperity Incubation Center"at Lishui Open University

在实施乡村振兴战略过程中,产业振兴是重要基础,产教融合则是激活乡村内生动力的关键路径.然而,当前乡村产教融合普遍存在政策悬浮、资源分散、成果转化难等多重困境.基于协同治理、资源依赖与社会资本理论构建分析框架,文章以丽水开放大学"共富孵化中心"为典型案例,深入探讨系统破解上述困境的实践路径:构建"五力协同"主体互动机制、"平台化运作"资源整合机制和"四维驱动"制度保障机制.研究表明,该中心通过明晰多元主体权责、构建资源整合平台、建立长效运行机制,显著提升了政策落地性、资源匹配度与项目可持续性,为开放教育赋能乡村振兴提供了可复制的实践范式.

In the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,industrial revitalization serves as a crucial foundation,while industry-education integration acts as a key pathway to activating rural endogenous dynamism.However,the current rural industry-education integration generally faces multiple challenges,such as policy ineffectiveness,resource fragmentation,and difficulties in transforming achievements into practice.Constructing an analytical framework based on the theories of collaborative governance,resource dependence,and social capital,this article takes the"Common Prosperity Incubation Center"at Lishui Open University as a typical case to delve into the practical approaches for systematically resolving these dilemmas,including establishing a"five-force collaboration"mechanism for stakeholder interaction,a"platform-based operation"mechanism for resource integration,and a"four-dimensional drive"mechanism for institutional guarantee.The research demonstrates that by clarifying the rights and responsibilities of diverse stakeholders,establishing a resource integration platform,and establishing a long-term operational mechanism,the center has significantly enhanced policy implementation,resource alignment,and project sustainability,thereby providing a replicable practical model for open education to empower rural revitalization.
