LEARNS模式的健康教育对精神分裂症患者心理弹性、自护能力、服药依从性及主观幸福感的影响OA
Impact of LEARNS model—based health education on psychological resilience,self—care ability,medication adherence,and subjective well—being in patients with schizophrenia
目的:探讨基于聆听-建立-应用-提高-反馈教学-强化(LEARNS)模式的健康教育对精神分裂症患者心理弹性、自护能力、服药依从性及主观幸福感的影响.方法:以2023年1月-2025年1月于某院住院接受治疗的88例精神分裂症患者为研究对象.采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=44),两组均遵医嘱维持原有药物治疗,对照组接受常规护理管理,观察组在该基础上采取基于LEARNS模式的健康教育.干预时间为6个月,比较两组心理弹性、自护能力、服药依从性、主观幸福感及社会功能.结果:干预后,与对照组比较,观察组心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)中坚韧、自强、乐观领域评分显著提升(t=3.379,3.485,3.450;P<0.05),观察组自我护理能力量表(ESCA)中自我责任感、自我概念、自我护理技能、健康知识水平领域评分及总评分显著提升(t=5.264,3.931,5.754,4.750,10.174;P<0.05),观察组药物依从性比率量表(MARS-10)、幸福感指数量表(IWB)评分显著提升(t=5.112,5.897;P<0.05),观察组社会功能评定量表(SSFPI)中日常生活能力、动性和交往情况、社会性活动技能领域评分及总评分显著提升(t=2.788,4.437,4.034,4.750;P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论:基于LEARNS模式的健康教育可有效改善精神分裂症患者心理弹性、自护能力,提升其服药依从性、主观幸福感及社会功能.
Objective:To explore the impact of health education based on the Listen-Establish-Adopt-Reinforce-Name-Strengthen(LEARNS)model on psychological resilience,self-care ability,medication adherence,and sub-jective well-being in patients with Schizophrenia.Methods:This study enrolled 88 patients with schizophrenia hospi-talized and treated in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025.Using a random number table method,they were divided into an observation group(n=44)and a control group(n=44).Both groups continued their original medication regimens as prescribed.The control group received routine nursing management,while the observation group received additional health education based on the LEARNS model.The intervention lasted for 6 months,after which the two groups were compared in terms of psychological resilience,self-care ability,medication adherence,subjective well-being,and social functioning.Results:After intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of tenacity,self-reliance and optimism in the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)of the observation group were significantly improved(t=3.379,3.485,3.450;P<0.05).The domain scores of self-responsibility,self-concept,self-care skills,health knowledge level and total scores in the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ES-CA)of the observation group were significantly improved(t=5.264,3.931,5.754,4.750,10.174;P<0.05).The scores of Medication Adherence Rating Scale-10(MARS-10)and Index of Well-Being(IWB)in the observation group were significantly increased(t=5.112,5.897;P<0.05).The Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSFPI)scores of daily living skills,mobility and social interaction,social activity skills scores and total scores of the observation group were significantly improved(t=2.788,4.437,4.034,4.750;P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on the LEARNS model can effectively improve psychological resilience and self-care ability in patients with schizophrenia,while enhancing their medication adherence,subjective well-being,and social functioning.
