通过开展不同质量浓度、剪切速率和角频率的凝胶黏弹性实验,明确了黏弹性关键参数特征松弛时间的变化特征,构建了考虑特征松弛时间动态变化的黏弹性可动凝胶表观黏度模型和低渗透油藏可动凝胶深部调剖压力预测模型,并基于榆树林油田低渗透储层调剖措施井数据,验证了模型的正确性.结果表明,质量浓度越高,可动凝胶特征松弛时间越大,剪切速率超过2 800 s-1后,弹性黏度占据主导,黏度不降反升,压力预测新模型计算符合率在80%以上,相比于不考虑黏弹性的计算结果,精度提高了30%,该模型为指导调剖方案设计和提高低渗透油藏采收率提供了理论基础.

This paper carried out viscoelastic experiments of gel with different concentrations,shear rates and angular velocities,identified the characteristics of the relaxation time changes of the key vis-coelastic parameters,constructed the apparent viscosity model of viscoelastic movable gel considering the dynamic change of the relaxation time,and based on this,established the prediction model of deep profile control pressure of movable gel in low permeability reservoirs.The model was applied to pro-file control measures for low permeability reservoirs in Yushulin Oilfield and model validation was completed.The results showed that the higher the concentration of movable gel,the greater the re-laxation time.When the shear rate exceeded 2 800 s-1,the elastic viscosity dominated,and the vis-cosity increased instead of decreasing.The compliance rate of the new pressure prediction model calcu-lation is over 80%,which improves the accuracy by 30%compared to the calculation results without considering viscoelasticity.This model provides a theoretical basis for guiding the design of profile control schemes and improving the recovery rate of low-permeability reservoirs.
