目的:探讨自闭症患儿应用行为分析疗法(ABA)干预联合计算机言语疾病矫治训练的临床效果.方法:前瞻性选取2023年10月-2024年10月某院接诊的82例自闭症患儿,采用随机数字分组法分为两组,对照组41例采取常规康复训练,研究组41例采取ABA干预+计算机言语疾病矫治训练,对比两组心理状态、语言功能、社交沟通能力、自闭程度、患儿家长满意度.结果:干预后,研究组儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)、儿童焦虑障碍自评量表(SCARED)评分均低于对照组(t=-5.347,-7.080;P<0.05),研究组儿童语言发育迟缓评估量表(S-S法)各维度评分均高于对照组(t=2.639,5.296,6.459;P<0.05),研究组自闭症治疗评估量表(ATEC)各维度评分均低于对照组(t=-4.981,-3.550,-4.822;P<0.05),研究组儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)"重度自闭症"率低于对照组(Z=2.006,P<0.05),研究组患儿家长满意度显著高于对照组(x2=6.116,P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义.结论:ABA干预联合计算机言语疾病矫治训练对自闭症患儿有显著的干预效果,能改善其心理状态和语言功能,并能强化其社交沟通能力,减轻其自闭程度,提高患儿家长满意度.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combination of applied behavioral analysis(ABA)intervention and computer speech disease correction training on children with autism.Methods:A total of 82 children with autism who were admitted to the hospital were prospectively selected from October 2023 to October 2024,and they were di-vided into two groups by adopting random number grouping method.41 patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the remaining 41 patients in the study group implemented ABA intervention+computer speech disease correction training.The psychological status,language function,social communication ability,autism degree and parental satisfaction were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of depression self-rating scale for children(DSRSC)and screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED)in the study group were low-er than those in the control group(t=-5.347,-7.080;P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions of sign-significate relations(S-S method)of children in the study group were higher compared to the control group(t=2.639,5.296,6.459;P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of autism treatment evaluation scale(ATEC)were lower in the study group than those in the control group(t=-4.981,-3.550,-4.822;P<0.05).The rate of"severe autism"in the Autism Rating Scale(CARS)of the study group was lower than that of the control group(Z=2.006,P<0.05).,and the sat-isfaction of parents of children was also significantly higher compared with that in the control group(x2=6.116,P<0.05).Conclusion:ABA intervention combined with computer speech disease correction training has a significant in-tervention effect on children with autism.Additionally,it can improve the psychological status and language function,strengthen the social communication ability,and relieve the degree of autism,with high parental satisfaction.
