青少年网络成瘾与抑郁的关系:孤独感和焦虑的链式中介作用OA

Objective:To explore the relationship between Internet addiction,loneliness,anxiety and depression a-mong adolescents.Methods:A total of 4855 adolescents were surveyed using the Early Screening Instrument for Men-tal Health Problems in Children and Adolescents.A database was established using SPSS 26.0,and descriptive analy-sis,correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were conducted on the data.The PROCESS program developed by Hayes was used to test the mediating effect.Results:①Internet addiction tendency,loneliness tendency,anxiety tendency and depression tendency were positively correlated(r=0.42,0.72,0.65;P＜0.01).②The mediating effect indicated that there was no significant direct effect of Internet addiction tendency on depression tendency;Loneliness tendency and anxiety tendency both played a separate mediating role between Internet addiction tendency and depres-sion tendency,with the mediating effect values being 0.170 and 0.135 respectively,and also played a chain mediating role,with the mediating effect value being 0.043.Conclusion:The relationship between Internet addiction and depres-sion among adolescents is affected by the independent mediating effects of loneliness and anxiety,as well as the chain mediating effect of loneliness and anxiety.
