双浊点萃取法检测食品与环境水样中的痕量镉OA
Detection of trace cadmium in food and environmental water samples by dual cloud point extraction method
采用2-氮杂-18-冠-6(DA18C6)和棕榈酸(PA)为络合剂,以聚氧丙烯醚嵌段共聚物L64(PEO13-PPO30-PEO13)为表面活性剂,将样品中的痕量镉(Cd2+)富集于L64相,再以硫代硫酸钠(Na2S2O3)为反萃剂,将Cd2+反萃到水相中,建立了一种高效的选择性双浊点萃取(SD-CPE)与火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)联用分析痕量Cd2+的方法.运用Box-Behnken设计(BBD)模型结合响应曲面法(RSM)优化SD-CPE条件,在最优条件下,方法的检出限为0.32 ng/mL,相对标准偏差为3.9%,Cd2+的富集因子为17.21,萃取效率为95.6%.应用此方法测定食品和环境水样中Cd2+的回收率为91.60%~105.00%.结果表明,该方法检出限较低,对重金属的污染防控具有重要意义.
In this study,2-aza-18-crown-6(DA18C6)and Palmitic Acid(PA)were used as comple-xing agents,and polyoxypropylene ether block copolymer L64(PEO13-PPO30-PEO13)was used as surfactant to enrich the trace Cd2+in the sample in L64 phase.Then,sodium thiosulfate(Na2S2O3)was used as stripping agent to extract Cd2+into the aqueous phase.A highly efficient Selective Double Cloud Point Extraction(SD-CPE)combined with Flame Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy(FAAS)has been established for the analysis of trace Cd2+.Box-Behnken Design(BBD)model combined with Response Surface Methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the SD-CPE conditions.Under the optimal conditions,the detection limit of the method was 0.32 ng/mL,the relative standard deviation was 3.9%,the enrichment factor for Cd2+was 17.21,and the extraction rate was 95.6%.The recovery rates of Cd2+in food and environmental water samples determined by this method were 91.60%—105.00%.The results indicate that this method has a low detection limit and is of great significance for the prevention and control of heavy metal pollution.
