分娩前心理教育对初产妇分娩恐惧及分娩方式选择的影响OA
Effect of psychological education before delivery on childbirth fear and choice of delivery mode of primipara
目的:探究分娩前心理教育对初产妇分娩恐惧及分娩方式选择的影响.方法:选取2021年6月-2024年6月某院收治的初产妇118例,基于不同护理方式分为观察组59例与对照组59例.对照组实施常规产科护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予分娩前心理教育.比较两组产妇的分娩恐惧量表(CAQ)评分、简化版分娩自我效能量表(CBSEI-C32)评分、分娩方式及产程时间,统计产妇的护理满意度.结果:干预后,观察组产妇的CAQ评分胎儿健康(t=-6.099,P<0.001)、产痛伤害(t=-12.426,P<0.001)、自我控制(t=-9.527,P<0.001)、医疗护理(t=-3.048,P<0.05)低于对照组,分娩自我效能评分高于对照组(t=2.034,P<0.05),自然分娩率高于对照组(x2=7.726,P<0.05),第一产程(t=-11.868,P<0.001)、第二产程(t=-41.263,P<0.001)及第三产程(t=-26.699,P<0.001)时间均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(x2=4.236,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论:分娩前心理教育可有效减轻初产妇的分娩恐惧,提升产妇分娩自我效能,提高自然分娩率,缩短分娩时间,提高护理满意度.
Objective:To explore the effect of psychological education before delivery on the fear of childbirth and the choice of delivery mode.Methods:A total of 118 primiparas admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(59 cases)and control group(59 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine obstetric nursing,and the observation group was given psychological education before delivery on the basis of routine obstetric nursing.The delivery fear scale(CAQ)score,simplified de-livery self-efficacy scale(CBSEI-C32)score,delivery mode and labor time were compared between the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction of the parturients was counted.Results:After intervention,the CAQ scores[fetal health(t=-6.099,P<0.001),labor pain(t=-12.426,P<0.001),self-control(t=-9.527,P<0.001),medical care(t=-3.048,P<0.05)]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the delivery self-efficacy score was higher than that in the control group(t=2.034,P<0.05),and the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group(x2=7.726,P<0.05).The time of the first stage of labor(t=-11.868,P<0.001),the sec-ond stage of labor(t=-41.263,P<0.001)and the third stage of labor(t=-26.699,P<0.001)were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(x2=4.236,P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological education before delivery can effectively reduce the fear of childbirth,improve the self-ef-ficacy of delivery,improve the rate of natural delivery,shorten the delivery time and improve the satisfaction of nurs-ing.
