数智背景下美军情报、监视、侦察(ISR)系统发展研究及启示OA

Under the background of digital intelligence,weapons and equipment are developing towards unmanned and intelligent directions,combat styles are evolving towards distributed collaboration,and the winning mechanism of war is shifting to information dominance and intelligence dominance.The Intelligence,Surveillance,Reconnaissance(ISR)system is the"eyes,ears and vanguard"of the battlefield situation,and the"staff officer"for the battlefield command and decision-making.The digital intelligence background brings challenges to the ISR system and also provides development opportunities.By tracking the development status of the US military ISR system under the digital intelligence background,sorting out its key development directions,and studying its development ideas and strategic layout,this paper puts forward development suggestions for ISR system under the digital intelligence background from six aspects:cognition,architecture,data,direction,scenario and mode.
