新型PLC控制的液动固废砌块成型设备用模具设计OA

砌块成型设备作为实现固体废弃物资源化利用的核心装备,其模具性能直接影响成型效率与产品多样性.针对当前模具结构单一、更换烦琐、操作复杂,难以满足砌块成型工厂多样化生产需求的问题,基于PLC控制技术,结合液压传动与传感器检测技术,设计了一款具有高度通用性与互换性的新型多功能模具和电气控制系统.该模具能够在无孔砌块与多孔砌块生产模式间实现自动切换,有效提升了生产灵活性.实验结果表明,所设计的砌块成型设备多功能模具PLC控制程序,可精准契合预设控制目标,实现长期稳定运行,且该新型模具兼具结构紧凑、运行稳定、自动化水平高等显著优势,为提高固体废弃物利用率、推动绿色建材产业发展提供了重要技术参考.

As the core equipment for realizing the resource utilization of solid waste,the performance of the mold of block forming equipment directly affects the forming efficiency and product diversity.To address the problems of current molds,such as a single structure,cumbersome replacement,and complex operation,which make it difficult to meet the diversified production needs of block forming factories,a new type of multi-functional mold with high versatility and interchangeability,along with its electrical control system,is designed based on PLC control technology,combined with hydraulic transmission and sensor detection technology.This mold can automatically switch between non-porous block and porous block production modes,effectively improving production flexibility.Experimental results verify that the designed PLC control program for the multi-functional mold of the block forming equipment can accurately meet the preset control objectives and achieve long-term stable operation.Moreover,the new mold possesses significant advantages including a compact structure,stable operation,and high automation level,providing important technical support for improving the utilization rate of solid waste and promoting the development of the green building materials industry.
