Based on the Jiangpu Port Large Orifice Sluice Project on the Wusong River,an innovative refined management system integrated with BIM and digital twin technologies was established.By developing a virtual construction sandbox system that integrates multi-source engineering data and incorporating the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the system achieved a 40%improvement in construction efficiency and a 35%reduction in process deviation rate.The research results show that,based on the mechanisms of 3D visual precontrol,dynamic resource allocation and quality traceability,this technical system has significantly increased the acceptance rate of concealed works by 45%,accelerated the response speed for rectifying quality defects by 50%,and attained a 92%accuracy rate in locating complex quality issues.It also promoted the transformation of management mode,raising the proportion of preventive costs from 18%to 43%and cutting failure costs by 31%.The research findings verify the structural enabling effect of BIM technology on the digital transformation of water conservancy projects,providing an innovative solution for similar projects.
