基于工业工程法的空调装配线平衡优化OA
Balancing Optimization of Air Conditioner Assembly Lines Based on Industrial Engineering Methods
针对空调制造业装配线平衡率低导致的效率损失问题,以G公司空调装配线为研究对象,构建了基于工业工程方法的多维度优化体系.通过现场调研发现,该装配线存在节拍失衡(平衡率67.52%)、工序离散度大(平滑指数41.25)、资源冗余(设备闲置率23.7%)等系统性问题.基于"诊断-分析-优化"逻辑框架,运用秒表测时法进行工时测定,识别出瓶颈工序耗时105.8 s;结合ECRS原则实施工序重组,通过矩阵分析法完成工作站负荷均衡配置;采用双手作业分析法优化瓶颈工位作业序列.经实证验证:效率指标显著改善,平衡率提升16.9%至78.96%,平滑指数降低30.5%至28.72;资源优化效果突出,人力与设备配置分别减少8.3%(24→22人)和11.8%(17→15台);综合效益方面,单线日产能增加12.7%,年度人力成本节约37.6万元.研究表明,工业工程方法在离散型装配场景中具有显著适用性,其多方法集成应用模式可为制造企业产线升级提供系统性解决方案.
To address the efficiency loss caused by the low balancing rate of the assembly line in air-conditioning manufacturing,this study takes the assembly line of Company G as the research object and constructs a multi-dimensional optimization system based on industrial engineering methods.Through on-site investigation,it was found that the assembly line suffers from systematic issues such as imbalanced cycle time(balancing rate of 67.52%),high process dispersion(smoothness index of 41.25),and resource redundancy(equipment idle rate of 23.7%).Based on the"diagnosis-analysis-optimization"logical framework,the study employs stopwatch timing method for time measurement,identifying a bottleneck process of 105.8 s time-comsuption.Process reorganization is implemented following the ECRS principle,and workstation load balancing is achieved through matrix analysis.The two-handed operation analysis method is applied to optimize the operation sequence of bottleneck stations.Empirical validation shows significant improvements in efficiency indicators:the balancing rate increased by 16.9%to 78.96%,and the smoothness index decreased by 30.5%to 28.72.Resource optimization results are notable,with human and equipment configurations reduced by 8.3%(from 24 to 22 workers)and 11.8%(from 17 to 15 units),respectively.In terms of comprehensive benefits,the daily production capacity of a single line increased by 12.7%,and annual labor cost savings reached 376 000 yuan.The research demonstrates that industrial engineering methods have significant applicability in discrete assembly scenarios,and their integrated application model can provide systematic solutions for production line upgrades in manufacturing enterprises.
