基于水文、地形与工程设计数据,构建东平河一维非恒定流水动力模型(MIKE11).经模型率定与验证后,模拟分析了10年一遇设计暴雨条件下,河道清淤疏浚、断面拓挖等工程措施实施前后的洪水演进过程.结果表明:东平河综合整治工程能够有效降低河道行洪水位,显著提升干支流重要河段过流能力,满足不同区段防洪要求,相关研究成果可为类似区域河道治理提供参考.

Based on hydrological,topographic and engineering design data,a one dimensional unsteady hydrodynamic model(MIKE11)of Dongping River was established.After model calibration and verification,the flood routing processes before and after the implementation of engineering measures such as river dredging and cross section excavation were simulated and analyzed under the design storm condition with a 10-year return period.The results show that the comprehensive regulation project of Dongping River can effectively reduce the flood water level of the river channel,significantly improve the discharge capacity of key reaches of the main stream and tributaries,and meet the flood control requirements of different sections.The relevant research results can provide a reference for river regulation in similar regions.
