This study employs case analysis and comparative research methods to systematically explore the development experience of the Jiangsu Football City League,also known as Su Chao,offering valuable insights for its high-quality growth and similar sports events.Key findings highlight that Su Chao succeeded by:fostering regional cultural identity to create urban cultural symbols,design-ing an inclusive participation structure to build emotional connections through"ordinary people"involvement,innovating event con-cepts to shift from professional leagues to lifestyle-oriented competitions,and optimizing communication strategies to establish cross-regional dissemination networks.For the basketball"Su Chao",future recommendations include,developing a multi-tiered competition system for sustainability,innovating promotion strategies to enhance regional resource coordination,implementing a full-cycle commu-nication system to improve operational capacity,and creating a dual-track talent development pathway by integrating competition struc-tures.
