"双碳"背景下土木工程专业硕士创新与实践能力培养体系研究OA
在"双碳"背景下,我国土木工程建设正从"粗放型"向"可持续型"转变,创新是当前我国攻坚克难的制胜法宝,因此高校培养具备可持续发展理念的创新型土木工程高级人才是促进"双碳"发展的关键.该文基于土木工程硕士教育培养模式及现状,分析当前教育存在的问题,对创新能力与减碳思维结合的综合性人才培养提出思考与做法.首先,对教学的思想建设提出教学建议;其次,在创新能力方面,基于社会、学校、导师和学生四个主体来分析教学内容与方法,培养学生自主创新能力;最后,提出教学体系和评估方案.以期为土木工程专业硕士培养研究发展有所帮助.
Under the background of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",China's civil engineering construction is changing from"extensive"to"sustainable".Innovation is the magic weapon to overcome difficulties in China at present.Therefore,the training of innovative civil engineering senior talents with sustainable development concept is the key to promote the development of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".Based on the training mode and current situation of master of civil engineering education,this paper analyzes the existing problems existing in current education,and puts forward thoughts and practices on the comprehensive talent training combining innovation ability and carbon reduction thinking.Firstly,the teaching suggestions for the ideological construction of teaching;secondly,in terms of innovation ability,the teaching content and method are analyzed based on society,school,tutor and student,cultivating students'independent innovation ability;finally,the teaching system and evaluation scheme are proposed.In order to help the development of master training in civil engineering.
