Research progress on the effect of climatic factors on community-acquired pneumonia in children
社区获得性肺炎(CAP)是全球儿童群体中主要的呼吸道疾病之一,气候变化被认为是影响其发病率和传播模式的重要因素.温度、湿度、降雨量、海拔等气候因素都可以通过对病原体存活、传播和人类行为及免疫等产生影响,从而影响儿童肺炎的发病率及严重程度.在人为因素的驱动下,当今气候千变万化,公共卫生领域亟需关注气候因素对儿童呼吸道健康的影响,并采取有效的干预措施以减少气候变化带来的健康负担.本综述总结了气候因素对儿童社区获得性肺炎的影响机制,并提出了应对气候变化的公共卫生策略.
Community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)is one of the major respiratory diseases among children worldwide.Climate change is considered an important factor influencing its incidence and transmission patterns.Climate factors such as temperature,humidity,rainfall amount,and altitude can affect the survival and transmission of pathogens,as well as human behavior and immunity,thereby influencing the incidence and severity of pneumonia in children.Driven by human factors,today's climate is highly variable.The public health sector urgently needs to pay attention to the impact of climate factors on children's respiratory health and take effective intervention measures to reduce the health burden caused by climate change.This review summarizes the mechanisms by which climate factors affect CAP in children and proposes public health strategies to address climate change.
