传统村落保护利用与村民增收致富:逻辑、困境与路径研究OA

As unique rural units,traditional villages not only bear the responsibility of preserving China's agricultural civilization and inheriting fine traditional culture,but also shoulder the mission of driving continuous income growth for villagers and realizing common prosperity.The protection and utilization of traditional villages are mutually influential and restrictive with villagers'income increase and wealth accumulation:the former serves as a key means to boost villagers'income and wealth,while the latter is an indispensable path to strengthen the endogenous impetus for village protection and utilization.From perspectives of foundation,policy,practice,and effectiveness,there remain numerous practical challenges in promoting villagers'income growth and prosperity through the protection and utilization of traditional villages.To address this,it is essential to adhere to the prin-ciple of"protection first,inheritance as the orientation,and utilization as the basis",take agricultural and rural reform as the core,and regard cultural empowerment for rural revitalization as the starting point.By innovating protection and utilization approaches,inheriting and developing fine culture,and improving working mechanisms,we can continuously expand channels for income and wealth growth,enhance the driving force behind it,consoli-date its foundation,and accelerate the formation of a new pattern where village protection and utilization develops in synergy with villagers'income and wealth accumulation.
