现代工业产生的废旧硬质合金蕴含丰富的钨钴元素,是属于战略稀缺资源,针对废旧硬质合金的回收是目前我国重点关注领域.本文研究了废旧硬质合金刀具的氧化回收工艺,通过热分析确定未涂层刀具最佳氧化温度为923℃,其氧化增重与时间呈线性关系.利用SEM观察了氧化后的亚表面晶粒形貌,根据晶粒形貌特征将氧化过程划分为完全氧化阶段和氧化致密阶段两个阶段,揭示了氧化层由表层至内部的演变机制.同时,对涂层刀具基体和表面的氧化产物进行了XRD物相分析.

The tungsten and cobalt elements contained in the worn cemented carbide produced by modern industry are strategic scarce resources.The recycling of worn cemented carbide has become a key priority in China's current industrial development.This paper studies the oxidation and recycling process of worn cemented carbide cutting tools.The optimal oxidation temperature of uncoated cutting tools was determined to be 923℃through thermal analysis,and the oxidation weight gain was linearly related to time.Meanwhile,SEM examination of the subsurface grain morphology after oxidation revealed two distinct stages based on morphological characteristics:a complete oxidation stage and a densification stage,thereby elucidating the evolution mechanism of the oxide layer from the surface to the interior.Simultaneously,XRD phase analysis was performed on the oxidation products of the coated tools.
