电解槽未达到停槽要求前,受外界因素影响而提前停槽,会对企业造成重大损失,为应对这一难题,本文对云南某企业多次启停的电解槽进行研究,最终通过保护性停、刨槽,研判阴极和侧部风险,优化启动及后期工艺管控等措施,达到二次启动 216台,三次启动 308台均未出现任何异常的成果,强有力地证明了电解槽的多次启动方案可行性.该方案在减少大修数量、降低车间劳动量的同时为企业降低了生产成本,增加了企业核心竞争力,也为同行业提供借鉴.

The electrolytic cell is stopped in advance due to external factors before it meets the requirements of stopping the cell,which will cause heavy losses to the enterprise.In order to deal with this problem,this paper studies the electrolytic cell that has been started and stopped several times in a Yunnan enterprise.Finally,216 units are started twice through protective stopping and planing,research and determination of cathode and side risks,optimization of start-up and later process control and other measures.Three start-up of 308 units did not appear any abnormal results,a strong proof of the feasibility of the program.This scheme reduces the number of overhaul and reduces the amount of workshop labor while reducing the production cost for enterprises and increasing the core competitiveness,which is used for reference by the same industry.
