对于离子型稀土矿山,采用原地浸矿工艺进行资源回收.通过分析稀土矿山地质信息对矿山资源浸出率和母液回收率的影响,明确在地质勘探过程中必须获取的资源地质、工程地质和水文地质的关键信息,进而优化矿山的注液工程布置和收液工程布置.实施精准注液后矿山的资源浸出率可达 90%以上.优化矿山的收液工程并针对性布置母液抽提井等补充收液工程,矿山的母液回收率可达 90%以上.由此,在矿山资源浸出率和母液回收率得到保证的情况下,可保证矿山的资源回收率.
For ion type rare earth mines,in-situ leaching technology is used for resource recovery.By analyzing the impact of geological information on the leaching rate and mother liquor recovery rate of rare earth mines,key information on resource geology,engineering geology,and hydrogeology that must be obtained during geological exploration is clarified,and the layout of injection and collection projects in mines is optimized.After implementing precise liquid injection,the resource leaching rate of the mine can reach over 90%.Optimize the liquid collection project of the mine and arrange targeted mother liquor extraction wells and other supplementary liquid collection projects,achieving a mother liquor recovery rate of over 90%in the mine.Thus,with guaranteed leaching rate and mother liquor recovery rate of mining resources,the resource recovery rate of the mine can be guaranteed.
