Study on Lithium Extraction from Mother Liquor of Lithium Precipitation

本文以沉锂母液为研究对象,采用中科院过程所提供的萃取剂A分别考察了萃取段、洗涤段和反萃段中萃取剂浓度、O/A、HCl浓度等条件对锂萃取效果和锂钠分离及锂反萃富集效果的影响.结果表明:沉锂母液在萃取剂浓度为 30%,O/A=1∶1 下经3 级逆流萃取,Li、Na、K平均萃取率分别为99.98%、3.41%和 0.68%.载锂有机相采用 0.5 mol/L HCl,在O/A=5∶1 下经2 级逆流洗涤,Li、Na、K平均洗涤率分别为 3.09%、99.54%和 95.79%.洗涤载锂有机相采用 4.13 mol/L HCl,在O/A=20∶1 下进行2 级逆流反萃,反萃液Li浓度为23.5 g/L左右,Li反萃率可达>99.5%,全流程实现Li与Na、K杂质的分离和富集.

This article takes the lithium precipitation mother liquor as the research object,and uses the extractant A provided by the Institute of Process Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to investigate the effects of extractant concentration,O/A,HCl concentration and other conditions in the extraction section,washing section and back extraction section on the lithium extraction effect,lithium sodium separation and lithium back extraction enrichment effect.The result showed that the extraction efficiency of Li,Na,K achieved 99.98%,3.41%and 0.68%,repectively under extractant concentration of 30%and O/A of 1∶1 after three-satge counter-current extraction.The lithium loaded organic phase was scrubbed by using 0.5 mol/L HCl at O/A=5∶1.The scrubbing rate of Li,Na and K reached 3.09%,99.54%and 95.79%,respectively.Additionally,the scrubbed lithium loaded organic phase was stripped by using 4.13 mol/L HCl at O/A=20∶1.The stripping rate of Li achieved>99.5%with Li concentraciton about 23.5 g/L in the stripping solution.The entire process achieved the separation and enrichment of Li from Na and K impurities.
