湖南采桑湖浮游动物功能群特征及影响因子OA
Characteristics and influencing factors of zooplankton functional groups in Caisang Lake,Hunan,China
为探究采桑湖浮游动物功能群特征及其与环境因子的关系,本研究于 2023 年 7 月、11 月和 2024 年 1 月、4 月对采桑湖浮游动物群落结构及环境因子进行了调查分析.结果显示,此次调查共鉴定出浮游动物 43 种,其中轮虫 22 种,桡足类 12 种,枝角类 9 种.浮游动物丰度表现为夏季>秋季>冬季>春季,夏、秋季以轮虫为主,冬、春季以桡足类为主;生物量则表现为冬季>秋季>夏季>春季,冬季以桡足类占优,其它季节以桡足类为主.优势种的季节更替率分别为夏秋季 44.44%、秋冬季 66.66%、冬春季 70%,冬季浮游动物群落结构较为复杂,春季结构相对简单.浮游动物可划分为 6 个功能群,夏季、秋季和冬季均以轮虫滤食者为主,占比分别为56.00%、52.94%和 36.84%;春季以轮虫滤食者和小型浮游动物滤食者为主,占比均为 35.71%.冗余分析发现水温、总磷、溶解氧及pH对浮游动物功能群分布具有显著影响.
The experiment conducted a seasonal sampling survey in July and November 2023,and January and April 2024 to investigate the functional groups of zooplankton and their main driving factors in Caisang Lake.A total of 43 zooplankton species were identified,including 22 species of Rotifera,12 species of Copepo-da and 9 species of Cladocera.Zooplankton abundance followed the seasonal order of summer>autumn>win-ter>spring,with rotifers dominating in summer and autumn,and copepods prevailing in winter and spring.Zooplankton biomass was the highest in winter,followed by autumn,summer,and spring,with cladocerans being dominant in winter and copepods generally prevalent in other seasons.The seasonal turnover rates of dominant species were 44.44%from summer to autumn,66.66%from autumn to winter,and 70%from winter to spring.The zooplankton community structure was more complex in winter and relatively simple in spring.Six zooplankton functional groups were identified,among which the RF group was dominant in summer,autumn,and winter,with proportions of 56.00%,52.94%,and 36.84%,respectively.In spring,both RF and SCF groups were dominant,each comprising 35.71%of the community.Redundancy analysis revealed that water temperature,total phosphorus,dissolved oxygen,and pH significantly influenced the distribution of zooplankton functional groups in Caisang Lake.
