克氏原螯虾快速生长新品系F1生长性能与营养品质评价OA
Evaluation of growth performance and nutritional composition in the first generation(F1)of a new fast-growing strain of red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)
为选育快速生长克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)新品系,设置宣城(XC)、高邮(GY)、崇明(CM)、宣城×高邮(XC×GY)、宣城×崇明(XC×CM)和高邮×崇明(GY×CM)6个处理组,筛选最佳生长性能的组别,并评估其肌肉营养品质、抗氧化和非特异性免疫能力.结果显示,XC组在 3 个自交组中最终体质量、增重率和特定生长率方面表现最佳.XC×GY组 8 月体质量显著高于其他两个杂交组,且其雌虾的增重率和特定生长率最高.因此选择XC和XC×GY组用于后续选育.脂肪酸组成表明,XC组的EPA和DHA含量显著高于XC×GY组,有较高营养价值.氨基酸分析表明,两组的必需氨基酸含量均较丰富,XC组的氨基酸评分最高,营养价值较高.而XC×GY组肌肉中呈味游离氨基酸含量显著高于XC组,可能具有更鲜美的味道.XC组的过氧化氢酶活性显著高于对照组,具有较高的抗氧化能力.综上,XC和XC×GY组在生长性能方面表现较好,且两组在脂肪酸和氨基酸组成上均具有较高营养价值,前者的氨基酸评分较高,后者的呈味游离氨基酸含量丰富.
This study established six treatment groups of Xuancheng(XC),Gaoyou(GY),Chongming(CM),Xuancheng×Gaoyou(XC×GY),Xuancheng×Chongming(XC×CM),and Gaoyou×Chongming(GY×CM)to breed a new fast-growing strain of Procambarus clarkii.The aim was to screen the group with the best growth performance and to evaluate its muscle nutritional quality,antioxidant capacity,and nonspecific im-mune function.The results showed that the XC group performed best in terms of final body weight,weight gain rate,and specific growth rate among the three inbred groups.The body weight of the XC×GY group in August was significantly higher than that of the other two hybrid groups,and its female shrimp exhibited the highest weight gain rate and specific growth rate.Therefore,the XC and XC×GY groups were selected for sub-sequent breeding.Fatty acid composition analysis indicated that the EPA and DHA content in the XC group was significantly higher than that in the XC×GY group,indicating higher nutritional value.Amino acid analysis revealed that both groups had abundant essential amino acids,with the XC group having the highest amino acid score and thus higher nutritional value.However,the content of flavour-free amino acids in the muscle of the XC×GY group was significantly higher than that in the Xuancheng group,suggesting a potentially more deli-cious taste.The catalase activity in the Xuancheng group was significantly higher than that in the control group,indicating stronger antioxidant capacity.In summary,the XC and XC×GY groups demonstrated superior growth performance,with both groups exhibiting high nutritional value in terms of fatty acid and amino acid composition.The former had a higher amino acid score,while the latter was rich in flavour-free amino acids.This study provides a scientific basis for breeding a new,fast-growing strain of P.clarkii.
