黑龙江上游及源头地区大型底栖动物群落结构及其环境影响因素OA
The benthic macroinvertebrates community structure and environmental factors in the upper and source of the Heilongjiang River
为摸清黑龙江上游及源头地区大型底栖动物群落结构及其水环境影响因素,填补中国东北寒冷地区河流生物多样性数据,分别于 2022 年 6 月(夏季)和10 月(秋季)开展了两次调查工作.结果显示,该区域共记录大型底栖动物 74 个种类,隶属于 4 门 7 纲 13 目 33 科,其中水生昆虫种类最多,达 65 个种类,占总种类数的87.84%.夏季优势种包括短丝蜉属一种(Siphlonurus sp.)、山地亚美蜉(Ameletus montanus)、长绿襀属一种(Sweltsa sp.)、Tadamus sp.及鲜艳多足摇蚊(Polypedilum laetum);秋季优势种包括扁蜉属一种(Heptagenia sp.)、短丝蜉属一种、同襀属一种(Isoperla sp.)及微动蜉属一种(Cinygmula sp.).夏季大型底栖动物总平均生物量为(4.72±4.43)g/m2,总平均丰度为(61.71±40.86)ind./m2;秋季总平均生物量高于夏季,为(10.12±25.82)g/m2;总平均丰度则低于夏季,为(24.71±13.96)ind./m2.夏季大型底栖动物的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(2.66±0.35)和Margalef丰富度指数(2.77±0.69)均高于秋季的(2.36±1.01)和(2.26±1.24),Pielou均匀度指数则表现为夏季(0.77±0.09)低于秋季(0.84±0.11).Bioenv分析表明,对大型底栖动物群落结构影响最大的关键水环境因子组合在夏季为化学需氧量、总氮和硝酸盐,在秋季为水温和硝酸盐.Spearman相关分析表明,化学需氧量、总氮、氨氮、总磷等水环境因子均与大型底栖动物丰度呈现显著相关性,且存在种间差异.
Two investigations were carried out in June(summer)and October(autumn)in 2022 to find out the benthic macroinvertebrates community structure and their water environmental factors in the upper and source of Heilongjiang River and fill the gap of biodiversity data in cold regions of Northeast China..A total of 74 spe-cies of the benthic macroinvertebrates were recorded in this study,belonging to 4 phyla,7 classes,13 orders and 33 families,among which 65 species were aquatic insects,accounting for 87.84%of the total species.The dominant species in summer include Siphlonurus sp.,Ameletus montanus Imanish,Sweltsa sp.,Tadamus sp.,Poly-pedilum laetum Meigen and in autumn were Heptagenia sp.,Siphlonurus sp.,Isoperla sp.,Cinygmula sp.The total aver-age biomass in summer was(4.72±4.43)g/m2 and the total average abundance was(61.71±40.86)ind./m2.However,the total average biomass in autumn was higher than that in summer(10.12±25.82 g/m2),and the total average abundance was(24.71±13.96)ind./m2,which was lower than that in summer.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index(2.66±0.35)and Margalef richness index(2.77±0.69)were higher in summer than in autumn(2.36±1.01)and(2.26±1.24),respectively,while the Pielou evenness index was lower in summer(0.77±0.09)than in autumn(0.84±0.11).The Bioenv analysis showed that the key water environmental fac-tor combinations with the most significant impact on the community structure of benthic macroinvertebrates were COD,TN,and NO3-in summer,and WT and NO3-in autumn.Spearman correlation analysis showed that COD,TN,NH3-N,TP,and other water ecological factors were significantly correlated with the abun-dance of benthic macroinvertebrates,and there were differences among species.The results of this study are helpful to provide an important scientific basis for biodiversity research and rational protection of important food sources for rare cold-water fish species in mountainous rivers.
