低温过热器泄漏原因分析及预防措施OA
Cause Analysis and Preventive Measures of Low-Temperature Superheater Leakage
燃煤电厂参与调峰经常低负荷运行,为解决低负荷时SCR脱硝装置入口烟温低的问题,省煤器增加烟气旁路是常用的技术措施.某电厂 1 号炉从低温过热器入口集箱下方管排鳍片上开孔,增加省煤器旁路烟道,将高温烟气引至SCR装置入口,旁路烟道投运后低温过热器入口管多次出现拉伤裂纹;通过对裂纹产生的原因进行综合分析,可知膨胀受阻、交变应力集中是产生裂纹的主要原因;并提出了防止产生裂纹的预防措施,使用非金属膨胀节把省煤器旁路烟道与烟井后墙有效分开,柔性连接,二者各自膨胀,互不影响,消除了锅炉"四管"泄漏安全隐患,可为分析存在类似问题的低温过热器提供参考.
The frequent low-load operation of coal-fired power plants due to their participation in peak shaving lead to low flue gas tem-peratures at the inlet of SCR systems,to address this issue,adding an economizer flue gas bypass is a commonly adopted technical so-lution.After the bypass flue is put into operation,the inlet pipe of the low-temperature superheater is repeatedly scratched and cracked.Firstly,for Unit 1 boiler in some power plant,a bypass flue is created by making openings on the fins of tube panels below the inlet header of the low-temperature superheater,diverting high-temperature flue gas to the SCR system inlet.Secondly,through a comprehensive analysis of the causes of crack formation,it concludes that restricted expansion and alternating stress concentration are the main reasons for crack generation.Fianlly,it proposes preventive measures,a non-metallic expansion joint is implemented to effectively separate the economizer bypass flue from the rear wall of the rear flue.This flexible connection allows independent thermal expansion of both components without mutual interference,thereby eliminating safety risks in the boiler's"four tubes".It can provide a reference for low-temperature superheaters with similar problems.
