低温多效海水淡化设备停运保养技术研究OA

某海滨电厂低温多效海水淡化设备蒸发器发生泄漏,对 4 台海水淡化设备运行方式进行检查,采用间断运行方式的海水淡化设备腐蚀泄漏问题较为突出.因设备停运期间,内部湿度大,局部区域含盐量高,停运期间保养措施不当会造成蒸发器换热管发生腐蚀,严重时会导致腐蚀穿孔,造成蒸发器泄漏.为此,分析了其现有停运保养措施的合理性,并提出了改进,采用干风保养技术,保证设备停运期间环境湿度低于 40%,可以有效抑制铝黄铜材质换热管在高温高湿环境下发生腐蚀泄漏问题.

A leakage issue occurred in the evaporator of the low temperature multi-effect seawater desalination equipment in a coastal power plant.The inspection of operating modes for four seawater desalination equipments show significantly higher corrosion and leak-age rates in intermittently operated systems.Corrosion of evaporator heat transfer tubes may occur under shutdown conditions characte-rized by elevated humidity and localized salt concentration,where improper preservation practices could ultimately cause through-wall corrosion and leakage.For this reason,it analyzes the rationality of the existing shutdown maintenance measures,and proposes improvements.It adopts the dry air maintenance technology to ensure that the environmental humidity is below 40%during the equip-ment shutdown period,which can prevent the corrosion and leakage of aluminum brass material heat exchange tubes in high-tempera-ture and high-humidity environments.
