变压器铁心多点接地缺陷特征数据分析及管控措施OA

变压器运行中铁心多点接地缺陷发生率较高,一般根据铁心接地电流或对地绝缘电阻判断铁心多点接地,但由导电小桥等原因形成的不稳定铁心多点接地隐患很难及时发现,影响电网安全稳定运行.以一起 220 kV变压器铁心多点接地缺陷分析及其同类设备缺陷数据为基础,对铁心接地电流、铁心对地绝缘电阻及油中溶解气体含量等铁心多点接地缺陷特征数据进行综合分析.根据铁磁回路放电或环流过热能量较低的特点,当 220 kV及以下变压器油中乙炔含量突增或达到 1 μL/L左右时,采用三比值法辅助分析铁心多点接地缺陷,并依据相关标准和规程提出变压器设计制造和安装阶段的重点管控措施,保障电网安全稳定运行.

The occurrence rate of multi-point grounding defects in the core of transformers during operation is relatively high.General-ly,multi-point grounding of the core is determined based on the grounding current of the core or the insulation resistance to ground.However,the hidden dangers of unstable multi-point grounding of the core formed by reasons such as conductive bridges are difficult to be detected in time,which affects the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Based on the analysis of multi-point grounding de-fects in a 220 kV transformer core and the defect data of similar equipment,it conducts a comprehensive analysis on the characteristic data of multi-point grounding defects in the core,including the grounding current of the core,the insulation resistance of the core to ground,and the content of dissolved gases in the oil.Based on the characteristics of low discharge or circulating current overheating energy in ferromagnetic circuits,when the acetylene content in the oil of transformers of 220 kV and below suddenly increases or rea-ches about 1 μL/L,the three-ratio method is adopted to assist in analyzing the multi-point grounding defects of the core.According to relevant standards and regulations,it proposes key control measures for the design,manufacture and installation stages of transformers to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
