高压限流熔断器是保护电气设备免受电流过载及短路电流损害的重要电气设备.某 35 kV光伏电站箱变C相高压限流熔断器发生慢熔故障,导致零序过流Ⅰ段保护动作,最终引起集电线路断路器跳闸.根据现场故障录波图、箱变厂家的解体检查以及熔筒击穿位置,分析发现是箱变高压侧横杆连接处螺丝松动导致C相高压熔断器温度升高,进而发生慢熔故障.针对此次事故,逐步分析故障原因并提出相应的预防措施,对提高今后光伏电站箱变的运行可靠性具有一定的参考价值.

The high-voltage current-limiting fuse is an important electrical equipment to protect electrical equipment from current over-load and short-circuit current damage.A 35 kV photovoltaic power station box transformer C-phase high-voltage current-limiting fuse occurs a slow melting fault,resulting in zero-sequence overcurrent I.section protection action,and finally causes the collector line switch to trip.According to the on-site fault recording diagram,the dismantling inspection of the box transformer manufacturer and the breakdown position of the fuse cylinder.The analysis finds that the screw loosening at the crossbar connection of the high-voltage side of the box transformer leads to the temperature of the C-phase high-voltage fuse to rise,and then the slow melting fault.In view of this incident,it gradually analyzes the cause of the failure and proposes the corresponding preventive measures,which has certain refer-ence value for improving the operation reliability of the box transformer of the photovoltaic power station in the future.
