面向配电网多主体协同调度的隐私数据聚合方案OA
Privacy-Preserving Data Aggregation Scheme for Multi-Agent Collaborative Scheduling in Distribution Network
聚合分布式能源数据进行调度优化时存在多主体隐私泄露问题,为此提出一种面向配电网多主体协同调度的隐私数据聚合方案.首先,根据分布式能源资源的分布特性与归属关系,建立计及配电网多主体协同调度的数据聚合模型;其次,结合秘密共享技术的数据分割思想和ELGamal加密算法变体的同态加法特性,密态聚合各个专变用户的私有数据;最后,基于RSA签名算法构造一种简单的可验证随机函数,通过其唯一性和可验证性对专变用户数据完整性和身份合法性进行双重认证,不依赖于可信的授权机构或第三方聚合器,简化身份认证流程.安全分析和性能试验表明,该方案在选择明文攻击下被证明是安全的,能够抵抗专变用户与电力调度中心的合谋攻击,兼顾安全性与聚合效率.
To address the problem of privacy leakage issues of multiple entities in scheduling optimization for aggregated distributed ener-gy data,it proposes a privacy-preserving data aggregation scheme for multi-agent collaborative scheduling in distribution networks.First-ly,it establishes a data aggregation model considering multi-agent collaborative scheduling in distribution networks that takes into account the distribution characteristics and ownership relationships of distributed energy resources.Subsequently,it implements the ciphertext aggregation of dedicated transformer user data by integrating the concept of data segmentation from secret sharing technology with the ho-momorphic addition properties of a variant ELGamal encryption algorithm.Finally,it constructs a simple verifiable random function over the RSA signature algorithm.Through its uniqueness and verifiability,this VRF construction facilitates dual authentication of the integri-ty and legitimacy of the identity of the dedicated transformer users'data,without relying on trusted authorization institutions or third-party aggregators,while streamlining the identity verification process.Security analysis and performance experiments demonstrate that the pro-posed scheme is proved to be secure against chosen-plaintext attacks.It can resist collusion attacks between specialized transformer users and power dispatch centers,and maintains an effective balance between security and aggregation efficiency.
