不同豌豆品种富硒能力鉴定评价OA
Identification and Evaluation of Selenium Enrichment Ability of Different Pea Varieties
以50个不同基因型豌豆种质资源为试材,采用叶面施硒和不施硒处理,研究了不同豌豆种质施硒前后农艺性状及籽粒硒含量变化,以期为探究不同豌豆种质富硒能力,发掘富硒豌豆种质资源提供参考依据.结果表明:不同豌豆品种籽粒硒含量范围为0.010 9~0.042 2 mg·kg-1,存在基因型差异.施硒后不同豌豆品种籽粒硒含量均显著增加,平均硒含量增至0.364 6 mg·kg-1,是未施硒的15.92倍.对供试品种硒含量进行聚类分析发现,高硒品种有11个,富硒品种有37个,低硒品种有2个,说明豌豆是一种富硒能力极强的作物.结合富硒指标与农艺性状的相关性分析结果显示,富硒指标与生育期、粒色、株高和产量显著相关,粒色可能是影响豌豆籽粒硒富集能力的一个重要因素.
Taking fifty pea(Pisum sativum L.)germplasm resources as the test materials,the changes in agronomic traits and grain selenium content in different pea germplasms were studied under selenium foliar application and non-application treatments,in order to identify the selenium-rich ability in different pea varieties and explore the high Se-rich germplasm resources.The results showed that Se content in seeds of different pea varieties ranged from 0.010 9-0.042 2 mg·kg-1,indicating genotypic variation.Se content was in seeds of all varieties increased significantly,with the average content rising to 0.364 6 mg·kg-1 after the selenium treatment,which was 15.92 times higher than that of unapplied plants.Cluster analysis classified the tested varieties into three categories based on selenium content,11 high selenium enriched content,37 selenium enriched content and 2 low selenium enriched content.It was proved that pea was a crop with strong ability for selenium capacity.Correlation analysis results showed that selenium enrichment indicators were correlated with growth period,seed colour,plant height and yield.Seed color might be an important factor affecting the selenium enrichment ability in pea seeds.
