[目的]明确外源茉莉酸甲酯对隆子黑青稞(以下简称"黑青稞")籽粒灌浆特性及产量的影响.[方法]以黑青稞为试验材料,于开花期叶面喷施浓度为0、50、100、150、200 μmol/L的茉莉酸甲酯,标记为M1、M2、M3、M4、M5.[结果]喷施一定浓度的茉莉酸甲酯能够提高黑青稞的产量,其中,M3黑青稞产量最高.与M1相比,M3结实率、千粒重和产量分别增加 9.80%、3.78%和 7.27%.茉莉酸甲酯对黑青稞籽粒灌浆结实的改善效果显著.外源茉莉酸甲酯处理能够在一定程度上改变黑青稞籽粒灌浆特性.与M1相比,M3黑青稞最大灌浆速率提升3.11%,为2.32 g/d,且达到灌浆高峰期的时间平均缩短0.73 d,灌浆快增期持续时间也相对延长0.25 d.茉莉酸甲酯能够通过改善灌浆结实过程从而增加籽粒饱满度.茉莉酸甲酯能显著改善黑青稞的表型性状.灌浆期第35 天,M3 籽粒面积和周长较M1显著提高2.28%和1.71%,籽粒长度、宽度及长宽比较M1分别提高2.14%、5.14%、1.67%.[结论]外源茉莉酸甲酯可有效地改善黑青稞的灌浆结实,并对产量增收效益产生积极影响.浓度为100 μmol/L茉莉酸甲酯处理对黑青稞籽粒灌浆结实及产量的改善效果最好.

[Objective]To clarify the influence of exogenous methyl jasmonate on grain filling characteristics and yield of longzi black barley grain.[Method]Longzi black highland barley(six edges)was used as the test material with 0,50,100,150,200 μmol/L methyl jasmonate sprayed on the leaf surface during flowering period,marked as M1,M2,M3,M4 and M5.[Result]The spraying of a certain concentration of methyl jasmonate could improve the yield of black highland barley,and the yield of M3 treatment was the highest.Compared with M1,seed-setting rate,1 000-grain weight and yield of M3 increased by 9.80%,3.78%and 7.27%,respectively.It could be seen that methyl jas-monate had significant effect on black barley grain filling and seed-setting.Exogenous methyl jasmonate treatment could change the grain filling characteristics of black barley grain to a certain extent.Compared with M1,the maximum grouting rate of highland barley increased by 3.11%to 2.32 g/d,and the time to reach the peak point was shortened by 0.73 d on average,and the grouting duration was extended by 0.25 d.Therefore,methyl jasmonate could increase the grain fullness by improving the grain filling process.Methyl jasmonate treatment significantly improved the phenotypic traits of black barley.On the 35th day of grouting period,under M3 treatment,the grain area was 2.28%higher than M1,the grain circumference was 1.71%higher than M1,and the grain length,width and length-width ratio were 2.14%,5.14%and 1.67%higher than M1,which all showed significant differences.[Conclusion]Exogenous methyl jasmonate can effectively improve the grain filling of longzi black highland barley,and have a positive impact on the yield increase benefit.100 μmol/L methyl jasmonate treatment has the best effect on the grain filling and yield of black highland barley grain.
