油菜甘白杂种的获得及其遗传特征OA
Synthesis and Genetics of Hybrid Between Brassica napus and Brassica rapa
为了研究白菜与甘蓝型油菜间的杂交亲和性及其杂种后代的遗传特征,人工合成杂种后代并通过显微镜观察杂种后代的形态学特征和育性特征.结果表明,双亲杂交亲和性较低,亲和指数在0.15~0.26.杂种后代营养生长正常,形态与甘蓝型油菜亲本相似,花粉育性为40.8%~55.3%,结实性较差.杂种后代花粉母细胞减数分裂过程中,染色体联会形成较多的二价体,少数染色体形成单价体或多价体,后期染色体分离出现不均衡和落后染色体等现象.
To study the cross compatibility between Brassica napus and Brassica rapa and the genetic characteristics of the hybrid.The hybrid progenies were synthesized artificially and the morphological and fertility characteristics of the hybrid progenies were observed by microscope.The results showed that the cross-compatibility was low,and the compatibility index was between 0.15 and 0.26.The vegetative growth was normal and the morphology was similar to Brassica napus.Pollen fertility was between 40.8%and 55.3%,and the seed setting was poor.During the meiosis of hybrid pollen mother cells,many divalents were formed,a few of univalents and polyvalents were formed too.
