籼粳杂交后代稻米的耐贮性分析OA
Analysis of Storage Capacity of Indica-japonica Hybrid Progeny Rice
选用10个不同类型杂交组合,经人工快速陈化,每隔90 d检测稻谷的发芽率、发芽势、丙二醛(MDA)含量和电导率等动态变化指标.结果表明:各品种的发芽率和发芽势均随着贮藏时间的延长而降低;电导率随着贮藏时间的延长而明显升高,其中浙优 21 上升速度最快,其他品种平稳上升.7个品种MDA含量随贮藏时间变化呈先升后降趋势,3 个品种则随贮藏时间变化而持续上升.在稻米贮藏中,除在贮藏初期外,其他4个时期的电导率和发芽率、电导率和发芽势、发芽率和发芽势间均呈高度相关,相关系数的变幅分别为-0.85∗∗~-0.96∗∗、-0.85∗∗~-0.94∗∗、0.95∗∗~1.00∗∗不同品种的耐贮性存在明显差异,采用隶属函数和综合评价值的估测结果,耐贮性的优劣表现为J1s/钰禾>J1s/F137>中浙优8号>61s/钰禾>稆S/钰禾>稆S/质美>华创S/珍美>61s/C84>甬优1540>浙优21.
10 different types of hybrid combinations were selected,and the dynamic change indexes such as germination rate,germination potential,malondialdehyde content and electrical conductivity of rice were detected every 90 d after artificial rapid aging.The results showed that the germination rate and germination potential of all varieties decreased with the extension of storage time.The electrical conductivity of Zheyou 21 increased the fastest while that of other varieties increased steadily.In rice storage,except in the early stage of storage,the electri-cal conductivity values were highly correlated with the germination rate,the electrical conductivity values and the germination potential,and the germination rate and the germination potential were highly correlated,and the correlation coefficients ranged from-0.85∗∗~-0.96∗∗,-0.85∗∗~-0.94∗∗,and 0.95∗∗~1.00∗∗,respectively.These results indicated that the above traits were the common genetic basis and could reflect the different storage characteristics among varieties.There were obvious differences in the storability of different varieties.Accord-ing to the estimation results of membership function and comprehensive evaluation,the storability of different varieties was J1s/Yuhe>J1s/F137>Zhongzheyou 8>61s/Yühe>LuS/Yühe>LuS/Zhenmei>Huchuang S/Zhenmei>61s/C84>Yongyou 1540>Zheyou 21.
